There are no known interactions between letrozole and foods or drinks. It is unknown if drinking alcohol will affect letrozole. The risk of dizziness and sleepiness may be increased if you drink alcohol while taking letrozole.

Letrozole is commonly used to treat certain types of breast cancer, including hormone receptor-positive breast cancer, in women after menopause. Letrozole may also be used for other conditions as determined by your healthcare provider.
