WBS Tesamorelin Gelling Problem
#1 Until recently, I was using US based resellers like Atomik Labz. Recently, I ordered Tesamorelin 10mg from Jinjier @ WBS. Order arrived quickly and in good condition. Vials were inspected and immediately placed in freezer at 0F. Went to reconstitute a vial

Until recently, I was using US based resellers like Atomik Labz. Recently, I ordered Tesamorelin 10mg from Jinjier @ WBS. Order arrived quickly and in good condition. Vials were inspected and immediately placed in freezer at 0F. Went to reconstitute a vial last night with a fresh bottle of Hospira BAC. I used 2mL like I have always used previously. Within minutes the vial was a lump of gel. No liquid was left. I have only ever had this issue with AOD9604 before. So, i naturally assume something must bee wrong with the peeptide. Shouldn't be the water. But maybe it is. So I get another freshh bottle of Hospira BAC and a new vial of WBS Tesamorelin 10mg and try again. And sure enough, within minutes, it is gel.
So, I reach out to Jinjier @WBS and include pictures and her response was "What did you not use AA?"
Does anyone else here use Acetic Acid for Tesamorelin? I have never. Does anyone else here have any recent WBS Tesamorelin they want to test and see what happens?
I don't know, but I would test the pH of the gel, if you still have it.
Maybe WBS is right about pH being a factor:
Only time I get precipitation is when the pH isn't appropriate for the peptide, like cagri and IPA a especially sensitive
OTOH:
I was told by the vendor not to adjust the pH it may cause it to gel.
As others have said, I mix my tesa with 2ml or bac water to 6mg and experience no sting at all. I've been driving tesa for four months.

I will test the pH of the gel. It was new Hospira water both times. I can't imagine that would be an issue but it worth checking out.
Deep into a 26 week run of tesa (2 mg, 5 days on, 2 days off) — 2.5 ml no name BAC per 10 mg vial. On my 16th vial (not WBS) but never had any gelling. Never heard of or read of any reference to using vinegar instead of BAC.

On the WBS Telegram someone just had a horrible mess with CJC-ipa, though they used WBS BAC water:

I added some AA and it half turned to liquid and the other half stayed gel. Maybe something was bad with these Hospira bottles. These 5 bottles were delivered in an envelope and left in a mailbox in 90F+ heat for about 8 hours. Maybe it affected it in some way. Maybe it's counterfeit. WHo knows these days? I just tested the pH of the BAC that WBS sent. It was a 10. A 10!

PH is 5.7 (4.5 to 7.0)

Are they saying that the WBS comes mixed with acetic acid?
They're saying to mix it with acetic acid and more bac water.
Tesa is very pH sensitive.
I'm having the same problem. I called and they were sending out a replacement. I opened another one and it also gelled. They were both mixed with new Bac water. 2 different brands.
The vial on the right was the first onre opened and gelled the next evening. The bottle on the left was just reconstituted last night and Looked great, but was also gelled this evening.. I just opened a 3rd vial and a new generic Bac water. SMH, I'll let you know if it gets or not.
I'm having the same problem, just with WBS R30s. Reconstituted with Hospira. Anyone else?
I’m wondering if it’s a different peptide in your vial, like maybe AOD and Tesa were mislabeled/mixed up?
If you try AA, put very little in at a time. When I had to add sodium bicarbonate to my ARA, I add 1 unit at a time until my gelled product turned liquid again. It took about 3 units

BTW my Tesa came.from Atomik. They only replaced one out of the 5.
Heads up: making my BAC more acid for tesa absolutely made it worse, it wouldnt even disolve anymore
I used citrate buffer ph5.5
I have also had the same issue with Tesa (and AOD) from WBS (purple caps 10mg). Jinjer told me to use AA water after the initial vial gelled with bac water. I’ve tried with different 10mg Tesa vials from the same batch:
-3mg AA water
-6mg AA water
-3mg WBS bac water
-3mg hospira bac water
-3mg Amazon bac water
-4mg WBS bac water
-6mg WBS bac water
Everything gelled within a day.
Jinjer said their lab would conduct an experiment to replicate the issue. Didn’t tell me the batch they used or the bac/aa water. Just said “no issues found”.
They are refusing to replace/refund the Tesa and have recommended I try 30ml of AA water for 10mg of Tesa. I’ve spent hours trying to solve this problem and I’m super unimpressed.

According to the manufacturers website in the states, Tesa should not be refrigerated or frozen once reconstituted and should be used in one go, any extra should be discarded. Be good if they came in 2mg vials at a significantly lower price.
I'm kind of annoyed but also not as I was going discontinue it after my current kit runs out. I think I'll add ml AA water to 1ml BAC and see how that goes. I did try adding 0.5mcg of DMO in my last batch and it didn't gel up as quickly, but eventually did before I could get a second dose.
Note: my tesa is not from WDS and the vials I tried are from 2 different vendors. Same as the bac water used.
Personal experience this week. I reconstituted a vial of Tesa. It was a 10mg vial and my dosing is 1mg, so 10 syringes. 9 of the syringes were just fine but one gelled after I dropped it on the floor (hard surface). In my research I have seen a number of warnings to be gentle when reconstituting I.E. do not shake the vial. When I dropped the syringe it gelled immediately. So, note to self, be gentle.

The manufacturer pulled that from the FDA recommendations for Egrifta SV which is the prescription form of Tesamorelin that comes in 2mg dose vials. They say that because each vial is a single dose already, not because the drug itself can’t be safely refrigerated or stored, so it wouldn’t apply to our 10mg vials. You should have a good 2 weeks in the fridge with Tesa as long as it is not exposed to light or shaken. They say to reconstitute 2mg with 0.5ml diluent so for 10mg 2.5ml of BAC water at the correct pH should be just right, less diluent can cause it to be over-concentrated which can cause gelling as well
