Indemnity Waiver Agreement - NuRev Peptides

1. Acknowledgment of Research Use Only

By purchasing research compounds, peptides, aminos from NuRev Peptides, I, the undersigned customer (“Customer”), acknowledge and agree that:

All products are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, or any diagnostic or therapeutic applications.

These compounds have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority.

I am solely responsible for the proper handling, storage, and use of these products in accordance with all applicable laws, safety standards, and industry best practices. This includes maintaining secure storage, appropriate documentation, and adherence to research protocols.

Any failure to comply with these responsibilities releases Southern Aminos from all obligations under this agreement.

2. Age Verification & Legal Compliance

I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to purchase research compounds in my jurisdiction.

I understand that NuRev Peptides does not sell to individuals under the age of 21 and may require valid government-issued identification for verification.

I am fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of these compounds.

3. No Medical Claims & No Warranties

NuRev Peptides makes no express or implied medical claims regarding the safety, efficacy, or intended use of its products.

No guarantees are made concerning research outcomes, product performance, or results.

All products are sold “as is,” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By purchasing, possessing, or using products from NuRev Peptides, I acknowledge and accept all associated risks and agree that:

NuRev Peptides shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, storage, handling, or disposal of its products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

I waive any legal claims against NuRev Peptides, its employees, officers, and affiliates related to the purchase or use of these compounds.

I accept full responsibility for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

5. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless NuRev Peptides, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any:

Claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees), fines, penalties, or regulatory actions arising from my purchase, possession, handling, use, or disposal of these compounds.

Legal actions resulting from misuse, injury, property damage, or third-party claims related to these products.

6. Gated Access & Customer Verification

6.1 I understand that access to product listings and checkout is restricted by an age verification and research-use-only agreement, in compliance with FDA regulations.

6.2 I acknowledge that checkout requires Know Your Customer (KYC) information, including name, email, and a one-time password (OTP) for secure login and compliance verification. This information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6.3 I accept that my account may be suspended or restricted if false information is provided or misuse is suspected.

7. Binding Agreement & Governing Law

This agreement is binding upon me and my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By proceeding with my purchase, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Indemnity Waiver Agreement. I acknowledge that my electronic acceptance constitutes a valid and binding signature under applicable law, and that a printed version of this agreement is admissible in legal proceedings.
