We accept returns of unused, unopened, and unaltered products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Approved returns are eligible for a refund minus shipping costs and a 10% processing fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing fees charged to us. Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.
