Epitope Mapping
Epitope mapping is the process of identifying the specific regions (epitopes) of a protein antigen that are recognized by antibodies or immune receptors such as T cell receptors. Depending on the epitope type, whether linear peptide sequences or conformational (3D) binding sites, different epitope mapping services are available.
