Unreconstituted peptides are stable at room temperature or in the freezer — they do not need refrigeration. This means you can hide unreconstituted vials anywhere: a drawer, a closet shelf, inside a shoe box, in a backpack, in your car — literally anywhere dry and out of direct sunlight. Only reconstitute one vial at a time and keep the rest hidden at room temperature. This minimizes the number of vials that need refrigerator storage.
- When you reconstitute a vial (adding bacteriostatic water), THAT vial needs 2-8°C storage — your mini-fridge or opaque container in the shared fridge. But one small reconstituted vial is far easier to hide than your entire supply. How to hide peptides at home efficiently: keep the bulk of your supply unreconstituted at room temperature in a private drawer, and only have one active (reconstituted) vial in cold storage at a time.
