Absolutely Abysmal Client Support and Order HandlingOne star, and I'd give zero if the system let me. I've ordered from Simple Peptide many times, which is the only reason this stings the way it does. I placed an order over a month ago, paid in full, and watched them create a FedEx label on April 25 that has been sitting at "label created, date pending" ever since, like a package that got scared and decided it didn't want to go to Colorado after all. The product never shipped. Not late. Not delayed. Never physically moved. When I emailed asking for a refund, I didn't get a refund. I got a support bot cosplaying as a human, reopening a brand new ticket and asking me to "confirm my address," which is fascinating, because the address was correct on the original order and they never actually reached out to confirm anything. They invented a conversation that didn't happen and then blamed the holdup on my failure to respond to it. That's not customer service. That's a magic trick where the disappearing object is my money. The wild part is I was a loyal, repeat customer. I kept coming back. And the thanks I get is a phantom address request, a label that leads nowhere, and a Zendesk loop with no exit. Take my advice and order somewhere that ships the thing you paid for.
