Protocols Prescribed in Our Liberty Lake Clinic
Seven systems. One physician.
Which protocol fits depends on your history, your symptoms, and your bloodwork — not on what you read in a forum. Here's what we treat and what we prescribe for it.
Most Requested
Recovery & Tissue Repair — The Wolverine StackBPC-157 + TB-500
Tendon, ligament, joint, and soft-tissue injuries that have stopped improving. For patients whose recovery time no longer matches how hard they train, and for old injuries that never fully resolved. Our most requested protocol, and the one most likely to change how you feel inside a month.
Growth Hormone SupportSermorelin · Ipamorelin/CJC-1295 · Tesamorelin
These support your body's own growth hormone release rather than replacing it — a meaningful distinction, clinically and legally. Patients come for sleep depth, lean mass, and recovery capacity.
Immune RegulationThymosin Alpha-1
For patients who catch everything going around, feel run down for months at a time, or haven't been right since a viral illness.
Metabolic & Cellular EnergyMOTS-c
Works at the mitochondrial level on cellular energy and fat metabolism. Most often added to medical weight loss when the scale has stalled but body composition hasn't improved.
Skin & Tissue QualityGHK-Cu
A copper peptide involved in collagen production, skin integrity, and wound repair. Prescribed topically or by injection depending on the goal.
LongevityEpitalon
Acts on cellular aging pathways. Chosen by patients optimizing deliberately for the next several decades rather than treating a specific complaint.
Sexual Health & LibidoPT-141
Works on desire and arousal pathways that operate independently of testosterone — which is why some men already on TRT still feel like something is missing.
Not sure which one you need? That's what the free consultation is for.
Understanding Peptide Therapy
What are peptides, and how does peptide therapy work?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules — targeted instructions that tell your cells what to do. Peptide therapy uses prescription peptides to restore signals your body already produces but has stopped making in sufficient amounts.
Your body makes hundreds of them. Production declines with age, injury, illness, and chronic stress, and the systems that depend on those signals slow down with it. That is why recovery that used to take a day starts taking a week.
At Prime Body Solutions in Liberty Lake, Washington, every peptide protocol is prescribed by Dr. Cody Belkoff, DO — a board-certified physician licensed in both Washington and Idaho — and compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy. Patients travel from Spokane Valley, Post Falls, Spokane, and Coeur d'Alene, and the clinic sits just off I-90 at Exit 296.
What They Are
Signals, not stimulants
Short amino acid chains — smaller than proteins — that carry instructions between cells. Your body already uses them constantly.
What They Do
Restore a declining signal
Peptide therapy amplifies processes you already run: tissue repair, growth hormone release, immune regulation, and cellular energy.
Why Physician-Led
Dosed from your bloodwork
These act on real physiological systems. Baseline labs come first, and dosing is adjusted from your results rather than a template.
The Part Most Clinics Skip
Peptides are not FDA-approved drugs.
Any clinic implying otherwise is misleading you. Most peptides are prescribed off-label and compounded by licensed pharmacies, supported by research that is still developing. In February 2026, the FDA moved the majority of commonly prescribed peptides out of the restricted Category 2 list, restoring legal pharmacy access. That history is exactly why these belong under physician supervision instead of in a shopping cart.
Why Not Just Buy It Online
What's sold as “research peptides” isn't the same thing.
The products advertised online and the prescription you get in our Liberty Lake clinic are not the same category of thing. Here is the difference, line by line.

That disclaimer on those websites — “for research purposes only, not for human consumption” — exists so the seller isn't liable when something goes wrong. That should tell you everything you need to know about what you're buying.
The Prime Body Peptide Process
Four steps. No mystery dosing.
Every protocol starts with a conversation and a blood draw — never with a product recommendation. Here is exactly what happens from your first visit onward.
01
Free Consultation
A no-cost visit at our Liberty Lake clinic, just off I-90 at Exit 296. We review your goals, training, injury history, sleep, and any prior bloodwork. You leave with a plan and no pressure to start.
02
Baseline Labs
Comprehensive bloodwork before anything is prescribed — including IGF-1, metabolic, and inflammatory markers. Peptides act on real systems, so we measure them first.
03
Your Protocol
Dr. Belkoff writes your prescription and sends it to a licensed 503A pharmacy. You get injection training in clinic, written instructions, and his direct line for questions.
04
Recheck & Adjust
Follow-up labs and a symptom review at 8 to 12 weeks to confirm it's working. If the numbers moved, we continue. If they didn't, we change course.
Most patients are seen within a week of reaching out, and telehealth follow-ups are available throughout Washington and Idaho once you're established.

An Honest Assessment
Is Peptide Therapy Right for You?
Peptide therapy uses short chains of amino acids to signal specific repair, recovery, and metabolic processes in the body. It is a strong fit for some patients and the wrong answer for others. Here is exactly how we decide at our Liberty Lake clinic — before you spend a dollar.

You’re likely a good fit if…
- Recovery takes longer than it used toWorkouts you handled easily at 35 now cost you three days. Soreness lingers. Sleep stopped fixing things.
- You have an injury that has plateauedA tendon, joint, or soft-tissue problem that physical therapy improved but never fully resolved.
- Your body composition shifted despite doing the workSame training, same diet, different result — more fat, less lean mass, lower energy.
- You’ve already optimized the foundationSleep, protein, resistance training, and hormone labs are handled. You’re looking for the next layer, not the first one.
- You’re already on hormone therapyPeptides pair well with testosterone or BHRT and often accelerate what those therapies started.
- You want physician oversight, not a gray-market vialBaseline labs, a real evaluation, prescriptions from a licensed compounding pharmacy, and follow-up that continues after the first order.

This probably isn’t for you if…
- You’re looking for a shortcutPeptides amplify a foundation — they don’t replace one. If sleep, nutrition, and training aren’t in place, we’ll start there instead and save you the money.
- You have an active or recent malignancyGrowth-signaling peptides are not appropriate in that setting, and we will not prescribe them.
- You’re pregnant, nursing, or planning pregnancyThese therapies have not been established as safe in pregnancy.
- You want a specific compound, no evaluationWe prescribe based on your labs, history, and goals — not a request list. If that’s not the arrangement you’re looking for, we’re not the right clinic.
Not sure which column you land in? That’s exactly what the first visit is for. Dr. Belkoff reviews your labs, your history, and what you’re actually trying to fix — then tells you honestly whether peptide therapy will help.

Common Questions
Peptide Therapy Questions, Answered
Straight answers about cost, safety, sourcing, and what to expect — from a physician-led clinic in Liberty Lake, Washington.
Peptide therapy is a physician-supervised treatment that uses short chains of amino acids to signal specific processes in the body — tissue repair, growth hormone release, inflammation control, and metabolic regulation. Peptides are not hormones and they are not steroids. They are messengers your body already uses; therapy supplies them in a targeted, measured dose.
At Prime Body Solutions, every peptide protocol starts with lab work and a physician evaluation, and is dispensed through a licensed compounding pharmacy.
This deserves an honest answer rather than a marketing one. A small number of peptides are FDA-approved drugs. Most of the peptides used in longevity and recovery medicine are legally prescribed and compounded by licensed 503A pharmacies, but are not individually FDA-approved for these specific uses — which is common across medicine and is called off-label prescribing.
The regulatory landscape changed meaningfully in February 2026, when HHS reclassified several peptides in a way that expanded what compounding pharmacies can legally prepare. We only prescribe compounds that are legal to compound today, from pharmacies we have personally vetted.
Our programs start at $225 per month for the Recovery tier, $475 for Performance, and $575 for Longevity. Pricing includes the medication, physician oversight, and follow-up — there is no separate membership fee stacked on top.
Baseline lab work is billed separately and can often be run through your insurance. We do not require a long-term contract; programs are month to month.
It depends on what you’re treating. Patients on repair-focused protocols often report reduced joint or tendon pain in 3 to 6 weeks. Sleep quality and recovery changes are usually the first thing people notice, frequently within the first month.
Body composition and performance changes take longer — typically 8 to 12 weeks of consistent use alongside resistance training and adequate protein. Anyone promising you results in a week is selling something.
Yes. Baseline labs are non-negotiable at our clinic. We need to see your metabolic panel, blood count, hormone levels, and IGF-1 before prescribing anything that signals growth or repair — both to confirm peptides are appropriate and to have something real to measure against later.
If you’ve had comprehensive labs drawn elsewhere in the last 90 days, bring them. We’ll review those rather than repeat work you’ve already paid for.
Under physician supervision with appropriate labs, peptides are generally well tolerated. The most common side effects are injection-site redness or irritation, temporary water retention, increased appetite with certain growth-hormone-releasing peptides, and occasional flushing or lightheadedness in the first days of use.
Peptides are not appropriate for everyone. We do not prescribe growth-signaling peptides to patients with an active or recent malignancy, or to anyone pregnant or nursing. That screening is part of your first visit.
Every peptide we prescribe is dispensed by a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy in the United States that we have personally vetted, with documented potency and sterility testing.
We do not sell peptides in the office, and we will not tell you which website to order from. The “research chemical” market operates with no purity testing, no dosing accuracy, and no accountability — that is the single biggest safety difference between prescribed therapy and what people buy online.
Yes — and for many of our patients that combination is where the real change happens. Hormone optimization restores the baseline; peptides target the specific problem on top of it, whether that’s a stubborn injury, poor sleep, or body composition that won’t move.
Because Dr. Belkoff manages both therapies in the same clinic, your dosing and lab monitoring are coordinated rather than split between two providers who never speak to each other.
Our clinic is in Liberty Lake, Washington, and we regularly see patients from Spokane Valley, Spokane, Cheney, and Post Falls and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Your initial evaluation is in person so we can complete an exam and body composition analysis. Most follow-up visits can be handled by telehealth for established Washington patients, and medications ship directly to your door.
Still have a question we didn’t cover? Bring it to your consultation — Dr. Belkoff would rather answer it face to face than have you guess.
