Let's work through a complete example with BPC-157: Given: Peptide vial: 5mg BPC-157 Desired dose: 250mcg twice daily Reconstitution: 2mL bacteriostatic water Calculate concentration: 5mg ÷ 2mL = 2.5 mg/mL = 2,500 mcg/mL Calculate dose volume: 250mcg ÷ 2,500 mcg/mL = 0.1mL = 10 units Calculate vial duration: 5,000mcg total ÷ 500mcg/day = 10 days of doses At 10 units twice daily, the 2mL solution provides 10 days of doses. Since bacteriostatic water solutions remain stable for approximately 28 days refrigerated, this timeline works well.
