Thanks to the chemical modification strategies offering to significantly extend their half live and to overcome the biggest challenge of fast degradation in serum. This presentation gives examples of chemistry applied by the CDMOs and illustrate the evolving complexity of the therapeutic peptides to ensure a long-acting effect.
