The question that everyone is asking us at Extension Health… Can I mix peptides in one syringe? 🔬 The short answer: ✅ Yes, most peptides can be mixed in the same syringe 🚫 Except GLP-1s and some exceptions, so read on for a complete download To help navigate this topic, it’s important to understand the why behind the answer, so here’s what to keep in mind when mixing peptides:   🧪 pH Levels: Peptides are pH-sensitive. Mixing those with different pH requirements can destabilize them, making them less effective or inactive.   🧪 Solubility: Some peptides dissolve in water easily while others don’t. Combining peptides with different solubility profiles can lead to clumping, improper dosing, or reduced absorption.   🧪 Chemical Modifications: Certain peptides (e.g., acetylated, PEGylated) are chemically altered for stability or extended effects. These modifications can sometimes cause negative interactions with other peptides in the same syringe. ⚠️ Why does this matter? While combining peptides into one syringe can make administration more convenient (fewer injections), improper mixing can: - Reduce their therapeutic potency - Lead to unwanted chemical reactions - Waste the treatment potential of an otherwise powerful therapy The rules of thumb: ✅ Peptides that can be mixed: BPC157, TB4, GHK-Cu, CJC/Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, Semorelin, TA1, Pinealon, Epithalon, Selank 🚫 Peptides that should not be combined: Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, Melanotan, VIP, Pentosan ⚖️ Combine separately: NAD+, MOTS-c, SS-31 📩 Have more questions about peptides or precision longevity care?
