Compound Profiles

Anadrol

Oral Anabolic Steroid | Extreme Mass & Strength

Oxymetholone exerts its effects primarily through binding to the androgen receptor (AR) to promote protein synthesis and nitrogen retention in skeletal muscle. As a DHT derivative, it cannot be converted to estrogen by the aromatase enzyme.

Ara 290

Tissue-Protective Peptide | Innate Repair Receptor Agonist

Activates IRR through EPOR/β-common receptor complex, triggering tissue-protective signaling without erythropoietic effects..

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I take Anadrol with Ara 290?

Yes, but with caution. Both Anadrol and Ara 290 can elevate hematocrit/RBC count. Combined use increases risk of polycythemia and thrombotic events. Monitor CBC regularly — donate blood if hematocrit exceeds 54%. Regular monitoring is advised.

Is Anadrol and Ara 290 safe together?

Based on pharmacological analysis, this combination is considered monitor. However, shared safety flags include: hematocrit raising, teratogenic. Monitor accordingly.

What are the interactions between Anadrol and Ara 290?

Both Anadrol and Ara 290 can elevate hematocrit/RBC count. Combined use increases risk of polycythemia and thrombotic events. Monitor CBC regularly — donate blood if hematocrit exceeds 54%. This assessment has 65% confidence and is inferred from pharmacological mechanism analysis.

How should I time Anadrol and Ara 290?

Anadrol has a half-life of ~8-9 hours and Ara 290 has a half-life of ~20 minutes (SubQ), ~2 minutes (IV). No specific timing requirements identified for this combination, but separating administration can help monitor individual effects.

This interaction analysis is compiled from research literature and pharmacological mechanism data. This assessment is inferred from known mechanisms and may not reflect all real-world outcomes. Always consult a healthcare professional before combining compounds.

Research Indications

Primary mechanism activating dormant muscle satellite cells which fuse to damaged fibers. Increases proliferative lifespan in younger muscle progenitor cells. Increases activated satellite cell fusion capacity supporting repair and hypertrophy. Animal studies suggest improved Achilles tendon injury outcomes. Rabbit models demonstrated faster healing via osteoblast regulation. Research indicates potential for articular cartilage injury models. Naturally upregulated after mechanical stress; supplementation may enhance processes. Localized injection near injury sites supports targeted tissue repair.

Community Research

Join others researching PNC-27 — share findings, ask questions, and learn from real experiences PNC-27 is an experimental anti-cancer peptide created by a supercomputer at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 2000. It contains an HDM-2 binding domain from p53 (residues 12-26) linked to a cell-penetrating domain. The peptide selectively kills cancer cells by binding to HDM-2 (MDM2) expressed on cancer cell membranes, forming pores that cause cell necrosis. Critically, PNC-27 has no effect on normal cells because healthy cells don't express HDM-2 on their membranes. Research shows effectiveness against pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, leukemia, and melanoma. PNC-27 exploits a unique vulnerability of cancer cells: the presence of HDM-2 (human double minute 2, also called MDM2) on their cell surface. The peptide's p53 residues adopt a conformation that binds directly to membrane-bound HDM-2, inducing transmembrane pore formation. This causes rapid tumor cell necrosis (not apoptosis). Additionally, PNC-27 enters cancer cells and disrupts mitochondrial membranes. Normal cells lack surface HDM-2 expression and are completely spared.

Side effects

Will tamoxifen cause hot flashes and other side effects during PCT?

Yes—hot flashes are common during the first 2-4 weeks as your estrogen and testosterone levels normalize. These typically resolve once hormones stabilize. Other common side effects include mood swings and mild nausea. These are temporary PCT-phase effects that disappear once recovery is complete.
