Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions - PeakForm Peptides

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the PeakForm Peptides Affiliate Program (“Program”). By enrolling as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

PeakForm Peptides (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

To join the Program, you must submit an affiliate application. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion for any reason, including concerns related to brand reputation, content quality, previous marketing violations, or compliance risks.

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Commission Rate

For a limited promotional period, approved affiliates receive:

• 25% lifetime commission on referred customer orders

This applies for as long as the customer remains active and purchases through your referral link or assigned coupon code.

2.2 Hold Period

Commissions are subject to a 30-day hold to account for our return/refund policy. Commissions will be locked after 30 days if the order has not been refunded, canceled, or flagged for fraud.

2.3 Lifetime Definition

“Lifetime” refers to the duration of the customer’s relationship with PeakForm while:

They remain an active customer

They use your affiliate link or coupon

They have not been transferred to another affiliate account

We reserve the right to reassign customer attribution in cases of fraud, abuse, or technical error.

3. Payouts

3.1 Method

Payouts will be issued via:

Manual bank transfer, or

Another approved payout method (to be confirmed due to industry payment restrictions)

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and complete payout details.

3.2 Payout Frequency

Standard industry frequency applies:

• Monthly payouts (Net-30)

All held commissions from the previous month become eligible after the 30-day hold period has passed.

3.3 Minimum Payout Threshold

A minimum balance (e.g., $50) may be required before a payout is released. This may be updated at our discretion.

3.4 Chargebacks, Cancellations & Fraud

If an order is refunded, disputed, or flagged as fraudulent, the associated commission will be voided. If payment was already issued, the amount may be deducted from future payouts.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for:

Ensuring all marketing content is accurate and compliant

Using only approved product language

Maintaining FTC-compliant disclosure on all promotional content

Representing the brand professionally

Affiliates act as independent contractors, not employees.

5. Prohibited Marketing Activities

To protect our brand and ensure compliance with research-use-only regulations, the following activities are prohibited:

5.1 Medical, Therapeutic, or Human-Use Claims

Affiliates may NOT:

Claim that products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition

Suggest dosing, cycling, injecting, or any use in humans

Describe subjective experiences (“I took this and felt X”)

Provide medical or health advice

All PeakForm products are for Research Use Only (RUO) and cannot be marketed otherwise.

5.2 Misleading or Unethical Promotion

You may NOT:

Use spam, mass unsolicited messages, or bots

Use fake testimonials or undisclosed endorsements

Promote in adult, extremist, or illegal contexts

5.3 Paid Search Restrictions

Bid on PeakForm brand terms (e.g., “PeakForm,” “PeakForm Peptides”)

Run ads that imply you are PeakForm

Use domain names containing our brand name

5.4 Coupon Abuse

Prohibited:

Sharing private affiliate coupons on public coupon sites

Creating “fake discount” landing pages

Stacking codes to trigger unintended discounts

6. Allowed Marketing Activities (Affiliates Have Flexibility Here)

To give affiliates freedom while maintaining compliance, the following are allowed:

Creating educational content about research peptides

Product comparisons (without medical claims)

Research-focused analysis or breakdowns

Discussing third-party lab testing

Social media promotions with FTC disclosure

YouTube or blog reviews (non-medical)

Direct linking to PeakForm product pages

Using your affiliate dashboard materials

Creating your own branding-aligned landing pages

Affiliates may not claim to represent PeakForm or speak on behalf of the company.

7. Intellectual Property

PeakForm grants limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use our brand name, logos, and product images solely for affiliate promotion.

Unauthorized modification, distortion, or misuse of PeakForm assets is prohibited.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, including (but not limited to):

Repeated compliance violations

Fraudulent activity

Misrepresentation

Promotion of medical claims

Brand-damaging behavior

60+ days of inactivity

If an account is terminated for cause, outstanding commissions may be forfeited.

Affiliates may voluntarily leave the program at any time with written notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

PeakForm is not liable for:

Loss of revenue

Business interruptions

Delayed payouts due to banking restrictions

Affiliate marketing errors

Technical issues with third-party software

Participation in the Program is at your own risk.

10. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors. This Agreement does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency.

Affiliates have no authority to bind or represent the Company.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be handled in Washington state courts unless otherwise required by law.

12. Acceptance

By applying to the PeakForm Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
